After: 44f91b0d Speed DispatchAlpha_SSE2 up _mm_set1_epi8 takes a char argument; add a `char` cast for 0xff. from clang-14 integer sanitizer: implicit conversion from type 'int' of value 255 (32-bit, signed) to type 'char' changed the value to -1 (8-bit, signed) Change-Id: I0f4ed092eddc0beb311f44bf3d4b74a4d1177040

WebP codec is a library to encode and decode images in WebP format. This package contains the library that can be used in other programs to add WebP support, as well as the command line tools 'cwebp' and 'dwebp' to compress and decompress images respectively.
