Fabio Estevam 17c9d23cbe mx7ulp_com: Remove unneeded SoC definitions ...

Since commit 9c27310ac2 ("mx7ulp: Move SoC base address to a common
file") we no longer need to have these SoC definitions in the board
file, so remove them.
