Randolph 011d07b4d8 doc: falcon: riscv: Falcon Mode boot on RISC-V ...

Add documentation to introduce the Falcon Mode on RISC-V.
In this mode, the boot sequence is SPL -> OpenSBI -> Linux kernel.
