Sam Roberts c8b7cfbfb4 Tweaked makefiles to contain only common build settings.

Defaults to Linux and lua5.1, and for all platforms, defaults to the
most common locations.

This is the LuaSocket 2.1. It has been tested on --[[WinXP--]], Mac OS X,
and --[[Linux--]].  Please use the Lua mailing list to report any bugs 
(or "features") you encounter.
