Wenyou Yang e61ed48ff5 ARM: at91: Remove hardware.h included in configs ...

As said in READRE.kconfig, include/configs/*.h will be removed
after all options are switched to Kconfig. As the first step,
remove the follow line from include/configs/*.h.

 #include <asm/hardware.h>
