Nobuhiro Iwamatsu 6f6ea814ed sh: ap_sh4a_4a: Fixed initialization value of DDR memory ...

The wrong value was set as value of column of DDR memory for ap_sh4a_4a.
10 is the right value. This fixed this problem.
