Tom Rini c56289ddaf Convert CONFIG_SYS_INTERLAKEN et al to Kconfig 
This converts the following to Kconfig:
   CONFIG_SYS_INTERLAKEN
   CONFIG_SYS_ISA_IO
   CONFIG_SYS_ISA_IO_BASE_ADDRESS
