Tom Rini 90df583c64 malta: Switch to using CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_SIZE ...

This is the only platform defining and using CONFIG_SYS_MEM_SIZE, switch
to using CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_SIZE for consistency.
