Thomas Petazzoni c1ee8936bf common/board_f.c: remove CONFIG_SYS_GENERIC_GLOBAL_DATA ...

CONFIG_SYS_GENERIC_GLOBAL_DATA is no longer used by any board or
platform, so support for it can be dropped.
