Grazvydas Ignotas 8b432bebc2 pandora: don't enable VAUX3, VDAC and VPLL2 regulators ...

These regulators are not needed to start the kernel and only
cause "incomplete constraints" warnings from kernel, so don't
turn them on to save power.
