Nobuhiro Iwamatsu acdfecbbb4 arm: rmobile: lager: Add support SDHI 
Lager board has two SDHI port as SDHI0 and SDHI2.
This adds GPIO configuration and initialization function of SDHI, and
enables MMC command.
