Rayagonda Kokatanur 912fe3768f gpio: do not include <asm/arch/gpio.h> on TARGET_BCMNS3 ...

As no gpio.h is defined for this architecture, to avoid
compilation failure, do not include <asm/arch/gpio.h> for
arch bcmns3.
