Yegor Yefremov 8ce7f2c115 arm: baltos: migrate Ethernet PHYs configuration to Kconfig 
Remove CONFIG_PHY_ATHEROS and CONFIG_PHY_SMSC from defconfig
and select them in Kconfig.
