Aswath Govindraju 08189ffd15 arm: dts: k3-j7200-common-proc-board-u-boot: Add u-boot tags for torrent serdes

Add u-boot tags for torrent serdes. This has properties specific to
u-boot on top of DT in v5.13 Linux Kernel.
