Heinrich Schuchardt f105fe7bc5 fs: fat: fix set_cluster() ...

Avoid CoverityScan warning SIGN_EXTENSION by changing the type of
parameter size of set_cluster().

Avoid leaking stack content when writing an incomplete last sector.
