Marek Vasut 02e80f0c11 ARM: rmobile: Migrate boards to RCar IIC drivers ...

Stop using the old ad-hoc SH I2C driver and use the new RCar IIC
driver instead. The SH I2C driver should be deprecated and removed
eventually.
