Markus Niebel 468fb1e4df arm: imx6: tqma6: add support for TQMa6DL variant ...

This adds support for TQMa6DL using i.MX6DL and 1GiB DRAM
Since The module will use the same devicetree, we patch
the ram size in ft_board_setup.
