Albert ARIBAUD 0610a16cf2 omap1510inn: arm925t: remove support ...

omap1510inn is orphan and has been for years now.
Reove it and, as it was the only arm925t target,
also remove arm925t support.
Update doc/README.scrapyard accordingly.
