Simon Glass	e160f7d430	dm: core: Replace of_offset with accessor ... At present devices use a simple integer offset to record the device tree node associated with the device. In preparation for supporting a live device tree, which uses a node pointer instead, refactor existing code to access this field through an inline function. Simon Glass	c4876320db	sandbox: usb: Allow dynamic emulated USB device descriptors ... We would like the serial number to come from the device tree node name of the emulated device. Simon Glass	f4f715360c	dm: usb: sandbox: Add an emulator for USB flash devices ... This emulator supports USB enumeration and allows a local file to be provided as the contents of the emulated flash stick. U-Boot can then use the file as it would a normal device, with all access passing through the usb_stor layer and the USB stack.
