Add generic SoM compatible string into machine compatible string
for all STM32MP15xx based DH electronics DHSOM. This way, common
board code can match on this compatible. No functional change.

Synchronize DH DHCOM DTs with Linux commit 25960cafa06e ("Linux 5.15.12").
There is no functional change to the resulting DTs. The eeprom0 alias and
PHY reset GPIO are now reinstated in SoM u-boot dtsi.

Add DT for DH DRC02 unit, which is a universal controller device.
The system has two ethernet ports, two CANs, RS485 and RS232, USB,
capacitive buttons and an OLED display.
