e625881ad7 arm: zynq: Add support for the topic-miamilite system-on-module 
The topic-miamilite SoM contains a Zynq xc7z010 SoC, 1GB DDR3L RAM,
64MB dual-parallel QSPI NOR flash and clock sources.
