Simon Glass	dfce1799e7	binman: Add binman support to spl_ram.c ... SPL supports reading U-Boot from a RAM location. At present this is hard-coded to the U-Boot text base address. Stefan Agner	22802f4e3a	spl: move RAM boot support in separate file ... Add a new top-level config option so support booting an image stored in RAM.
