i2c: Added kconfig support for CONFIG_ZYNQ_I2C0 and CONFIG_ZYNQ_I2C1

This patch added Kconfig support for CONFIG_ZYNQ_I2C0 and
CONFIG_ZYNQ_I2C1 and enabled it in respective defconfig.
