pico-imx7d: Sync pico-hobbit-imx7d_defconfig

Update pico-hobbit-imx7d_defconfig using pico-imx7d_defconfig as base
to fix device tree file generation. With this all pico-imx7d are
creating u-boot-dtb.img files.
