Add support for LinkSprite pcDuino1 device and its flavors
including pcduino-lite and pcduino-lite-wifi:

- add pcduino machine description
- enable CONFIG_SPI_SPIDEV in upstream kernel defconfig to provide simple userspace access
  to SPI devices on Arduino shields
