31be4cf6ee kernel: use tar.xz, git optional 
Per default use stable kernel by downloading tar.xz (fast download).
Optional use latest mainline kernel by git fetch. Must be enabled
in linux_git.bb by setting DEFAULT_PREFERENCE to "1".
