Revert "u-boot: rebase nanopi_neo_air emmc patch"

This reverts commit 58d382d59892f48b1a36f225cf87b47be80cf76a.
This change was not needed on master. The patch was already correctly
refreshed on the dunfell branch to be compatible with the v2020.01
U-Boot release. It was done in the following commit: d0bbc7334d42
