The <tt>url</tt> namespace provides functions to parse, protect,
|
|
and build URLs, as well as functions to compose absolute URLs
|
|
from base and relative URLs, according to
|
|
<a href="http://www.cs.princeton.edu/~diego/rfc/rfc2396.txt">RFC
|
|
2396</a>.
