The libraries don't expose the symbols in libsharpyuv / libwebp, they're only needed when static linking. Noted for libwebp (Requires: libsharpyuv) in: https://crbug.com/webp/590#c5. libwebpdemux and libwebpmux had a similar issue with libwebp.
