Ozkan Sezer cbe825e4cc cmake: fix sharpyuv simd files' build
Without this, when targeting x86, the compiler may not enable sse2
by default without -msse2 switch and therefore leaves WEBP_USE_SSE2
undefined and the SSE2 procedure won't be built.
