Vikas Arora	9f761cfae9	Changed function signature for WebPMuxCreate ... Changed function signature of method WebPMuxCreate and few other minor nits. Header file has been re-organised to have declaration of set/get/Delete methods for different use-cases (Metadata, ColorProfile etc) in one place instead of declaring all Set methods together followed by Get & Delete.
