Add WebPMuxSetImage(), WebPmuxGetImage() and WebPMuxDeleteImage() APIs instead. - Refactor code using WebPImage struct. - Corresponding changes in webpmux binary. - WebPMuxSetImage()/AddFrame()/AddTile() can now work with data which starts from "RIFF...".
