3661b98069 Add a CMakeLists.txt 
The goal is not to replace our autotools configuration, but to
provide a minimal CMake file that can build the lib, cwebp and
dwebp.

32b3137936 configure: move config.h to src/webp/config.h 
this change has the side-effect of using directory names in the
include, silencing a lint warning.

276ae82512 Remove files not mean to be in git, and update .gitignore 
Makes things lighter at the expense of requiring the user
to be up-to-date for autotools.
