xcframeworkbuild.sh: place headers in a subdir

Browse Source 
Headers/<framework> rather than Headers/ to avoid a Xcode error when
using multiple frameworks:
  error: Multiple commands produce
    '.../Build/Products/Debug-iphoneos/include/types.h'
