update http links

- prefer https

- metadataworkinggroup.org/com seem to be offline; the web archive link
  was obtained from exiftool: https://exiftool.org/TagNames/MWG.html

- fix kramdown link, rubyforge has been gone a long time

- fix png/zlib links
