animencoder_fuzzer: fix error check w/Nallocfuzz

WebPAnimEncoderAdd() may fail due to muxer errors that are reported as
booleans. When running under the nallocfuzz engine, ignore all failures.

Found by Nallocfuzz (https://github.com/catenacyber/nallocfuzz).
