DanyLE 92e27b653f Rework on AntOS core to provide support to both mobile and desktop devices (experimental):
- Redesign the core UI API and tags to support Mobile devices
- Add new StackMenu tag
- Support touch events handling on touch devices
- Redesign File and Setting to work on mobile
- Improve Anouncement API
- Rework on default themes
