20840d09b0 Improvements on GUI + API: 
- Add generic key-value dialog
- Allow multiple file upload
- Add ESC and enter key handle to dialog

- Some minor bug fix
- Major change: allow split view in CodePad, make CodePad API portable so that it is easy to use another editor
other than ACE in the futures (such as monaco editor)
